Your Chief of Staff
Home is one thread with her. You tell her what you are carrying — the business and the rest of your life — and she keeps it on file, answers what she can, and brings in experts when a call needs judgment.
What she handles herself#
Talking to her is free within a daily allowance.
- Questions about what is on file, recaps, and what a room already decided, in plain words — without opening a new room.
- The time where you are, a quick personal question, a table from numbers she already has.
- Saving a fact, scheduling a follow-up, and naming it first when a new ask would reverse a call you made.
When a call needs an expert#
She hands you a card. Nothing runs until you tap it.
- A consult: one named expert on one question, about a minute. The answer comes back in the shape the question needs — 11 shapes, from a short read to a plan or the written piece itself.
- A board: several experts for the biggest calls, spread across model families, with someone whose job is to argue against the obvious answer. It returns a memo with the call, who disagreed, and what would change it.
- The card shows who, the ask in your own words, the time, and the price, before anything runs. Change the ask in place, make a consult a board, or put it off the record.
- Nothing runs until you tap it.
A room you already have
If a consult on the question already exists, she asks its expert inside it instead of opening a new one — as a small priced card you confirm.
When the room lands#
- She brings it back in a few sentences: the call with its numbers, the one caution, and what to do now.
- The first move becomes a commitment with a date.
- Open the room in place to read it whole, bring a second expert into a consult, or share a board’s memo as a page anyone can read without an account.
What she keeps on file#
- What you tell her stays on file, marked when it has aged, and yours to correct or wipe.
- Work and personal live in separate contexts; a room opened in one is grounded only in that one.
- What you already tried rides into every room, so the experts build past it.
- A fresh start clears what is on file in one step, with a 24-hour undo. A tool you disconnect stays disconnected.
Your tools#
- She reads Notion, Google Docs, Sheets and Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Linear, Jira, Confluence, Intercom, Stripe, HubSpot and LinkedIn once you connect them, and says what she read.
- Reading is never gated.
- A write — a Notion page, a Google Doc, a Slack message, a Linear issue, a Gmail draft you send yourself — is a preview you confirm. Writes are on Pro and above.
The full list of providers is on Integrations.
What she will not do#
- Run a room without your tap.
- Write to your tools without your confirm.
- Open a new room to explain one that already ran.
- Claim a source she did not read.
- Rate a board’s call above 90.
- Make the hard call for you. The call stays yours.
