Sign up and tell your Chief of Staff what you are carrying. Ask her anything; she answers what she can herself. When a call needs an expert she hands you a card with who, the time and the price on it, and nothing runs until you tap it.

One named expert on one question, about a minute. The answer comes back in the shape the question needs — 11 shapes, from a short read to a plan or the written piece itself. Follow-ups go to the same expert; bring a second expert in and they read the conversation so far. A consult can become a full board when the stakes grow.

Models from several families (OpenAI GPT-5, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, xAI Grok), with Perplexity Sonar for live-web research. A board spreads its seats across different AI models. Free runs standard models; Pro adds premium models; Max and Ultra add frontier models.

A board seats several experts spread across model families, with someone whose job is to argue against the obvious answer; on a decision, two are assigned opposite sides. Each expert researches alone, then reacts once to the others, and the run ends in a memo: the call, its confidence (never rated above 90, and lower when experts disagree), the conditions it holds under, where the board disagreed, and your first step with a date. When something changes later, you reconvene it.

A finished board is not continued — it is reconvened. Reconvene opens a new run from the board's delivered call plus what changed, re-briefs, and runs as a new linked session. The chain of runs becomes the decision's paper trail.

She sizes the board to the question, up to your plan's seat limit, and the card shows the seats before anything runs. Bigger boards come with Pro and above; see pricing for each plan's limit.

Yes. Share a board's memo as a read-only link that anyone can open without an account. Add a password if you want one, and revoke the link at any time.

Yes. Tell your Chief of Staff who you want on your board and they sit by default the next time a board opens, or save your favourite experts as a Lineup at /boards. A lineup pins guaranteed seats on future boards. Useful for recurring decisions like deal reviews or pre-mortems.

A room that fails without delivering refunds its work; the small fee and any web searches stay. The session.failed webhook fires if you registered one.

Draft sessions can be deleted immediately. Active, completed, and archived sessions stay around for credit and audit reasons but can be archived so they disappear from the default dashboard list.

Talking to your Chief of Staff is free within a daily allowance. A consult or a board shows its price on the card before it runs. Each plan includes a monthly credit grant — Free 150, Pro 2,500, Max 7,000, Ultra 15,000 — and what changes between plans is the credits, the seats on a board, the rooms you can have open at once, the models on the seats, and what she can write into your tools.

Every card shows one price before anything runs: a new consult shows about 45 credits (a full piece (a build guide, a whole plan, a comparison with today's prices) has its own card: about 120 credits), and a 3-seat board on Free shows about 95 credits. Each card shows what a room like it typically costs; you pay for what it really used. Nothing runs until you tap.

Yes — free to start, no card required. 150 credits a month plus 250 on signup, every one of the 24 experts, and standard models. Talking to your Chief of Staff is free within a daily allowance on every plan.

Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over. Top-up credit packs (purchased separately) never expire — they are yours forever and are spent only after the monthly grant runs out.

You can cancel your subscription at any time and you keep access through the end of your current billing period. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.

Your dashboard shows real-time credit balance and recent usage. Each session lists its credit breakdown on completion.

Yes. Everything uses the same engine and the same credit balance.

She reads Notion, Google Docs, Sheets and Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Linear, Jira, Confluence, Intercom, Stripe, HubSpot and LinkedIn once you connect them at /settings/integrations, and says what she read. A write — a Notion page, a Google Doc, a Slack message, a Linear issue, or a Gmail draft you send yourself — is a preview you confirm; it happens once and you get a receipt. Writes are on Pro and above.

Your sessions are isolated per account at the database layer — only you can read your own sessions. Prompts and outputs are sent to the model providers listed in our privacy policy. None of them train on your data. API and MCP usage is audit-logged for 12 months.

Yes — flip the "Grounded in your world" pill to "Off the record" when you open a room. An off-record room reads nothing from what is on file and keeps nothing — no facts, goals, or names are stored. It's marked with an "Off the record" chip in the room and on its dashboard card. Grounded is the default: the experts read what your Chief of Staff has on file about you, and nothing is kept until you say it is still true.

Yes. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, and full data isolation between accounts.

Never. Your sessions and prompts are private. We only share data with the model providers required to generate responses, and they are contractually bound not to train on it.

Yes. Write to us through the contact form and we delete your account and everything attached to it; there is no self-serve delete button today. A draft you never ran can be deleted immediately.
