Is there SSO or SCIM?
Not today. Each person signs in to their own account. If your procurement requires single sign-on, tell us; we would rather say no plainly than promise a date we cannot keep.
Can several people share one account or workspace?
No. SynthBoard is not a shared team workspace. Each person has their own account, their own thread and their own file. A board’s memo shares as a page anyone can read without an account.
Is there an API?
Yes, on every plan: a REST API with 46 endpoints, an MCP server with 44 tools, and signed webhooks. A run started from code is planned and priced the same way as one started in the app.
Where is our data stored?
In a managed PostgreSQL database in the eu-west-1 region (Europe, Ireland), with the application served from Vercel’s edge network. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256.
Do you have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
Not yet. No certifications today; the security page says exactly what is and is not in place, and How we hold your data shows the mechanics.
