3. Account Registration

Harmful Content:

Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Create content promoting violence, hate, or discrimination

Platform Abuse:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
Circumvent security measures or access controls
Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
Generate excessive API calls to disrupt service

AI-Specific Violations:

Use AI outputs to train competing models without permission
Generate misleading deepfakes or impersonations
Create spam, phishing, or malicious content
Violate AI provider terms of service

4.3 Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

Remove violating content without notice
Suspend or terminate accounts immediately
Report illegal activity to authorities
Pursue legal action for damages

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Credit System

Credits are required to use AI features
Credits are purchased in bundles (pricing available at synthboard.ai/pricing)
Credits are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Credits do not expire while your account is active
Unused credits are forfeited upon account closure

5.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD (or local currency)
Prices include applicable taxes (VAT/GST)
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
Promotional pricing may have different terms

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Paddle
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
Failed payments may result in service suspension
Subscription renewals (if applicable) are automatic unless canceled

5.4 Refund Policy

All purchases — including credit bundles and subscription plans — are final. We do not offer refunds.

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Any consumer rights or chargebacks applicable under local law are handled by Paddle in accordance with their policies.

5.5 Taxes

You are responsible for:

6. Intellectual Property
