What your users' data does
Isolation, export and erase — and what we never do with it.
Isolation#
Each office is its own space: nothing one user tells it reaches another user, your other offices, or anyone else on SynthBoard.
Export and erase#
Export an office from its page in the console; erase it there or with DELETE /v1/offices/{officeId}. Pass your users' requests on to us this way.
What we never do#
- We never contact your users or market to them.
- Live request logs keep what happened, never your users' words.
- Webhook payloads carry kinds, ids and dates — never the content.
