You pay for what each call really used, after it runs. No per-user fee. The machine-readable list is GET /api/v1/prices.
The cap and the balance#
Set a monthly cap in the console: past it, nothing new starts. A live key can only be made once a cap is set. Work already running always finishes and bills in full; if that takes the balance below zero, the next top-up pays the difference first, and nothing new starts until then. Only a hold that was never spent is returned.
