Showing answers

1. Before or with a user's first answer, show that answers come from AI experts and that what they share goes to SynthBoard to answer them.
2. When you show who answered, keep the expert's name and role. Never present an answer as a person's.
3. Keep the notice in the user's language. Every office and every ask returns notice in the office's language.

Answers here come from SynthBoard's AI experts. What you send here is shared with SynthBoard to answer you.

Link “Learn more” to your page on SynthBoard, /apps/{your-slug} (set it in the console's Settings), where your users read what happens to what they share.

• Do show the expert's role beside the answer. Don't rename the experts as your staff.
• Do show the notice once, near the first answer. Don't hide it behind a tooltip.
• Do keep disclosure with the answer: The experts are AI — named roles, not people.
