A matter is something your user is working through. Every expert turn files under one; one-off questions stay one-offs.

What a matter is#

Something your user is working through. An expert's answer files under one, and later questions about the same thing continue it. Quick one-offs stay one-offs.

  • GET /v1/offices/{officeId}/matters — The office's matters (rooms, one-offs or closed) (listMatters, scope record:read)
  • GET /v1/offices/{officeId}/record — How each expert's calls in the office have turned out (getRecord, scope record:read)
  • GET /v1/offices/{officeId}/files/{fileId} — A file made in the office, as a signed short-lived link (getFile, scope files:read)
