What changed since you decided.
In short
A recurring written update from a standing advisory board summarizing what changed since the last decision: which premises moved, which action items are still open, and which past calls now deserve a second look. The brief inverts the usual relationship with an advisory tool: the user does not have to remember to come back with a question.
